2020年12月9日，晓雯音乐教育集团迎来了每月一度的月研修会议，各部门负责人对上个月的工作作出汇报，积累更多的经验，也为各项专项工作奠定良好的基础，并向下一个月的工作计划前进。
会议上叶军董事长在会议上再次强调关于晓雯音乐教师们自身要了解美育，理解美育教育。更在12月初以身作则，在成都开展公益形式的美育教育知识讲座，提出“美育是培养孩子的审美观、发展孩子鉴赏美和创造美的能力”的观点。

On December 9, 2020, Xiaowen music education group ushered in the monthly training meeting. The heads of each department reported on the work of last month, accumulated more experience, and laid a good foundation for various special work, and moved forward to the next month's work plan.
At the meeting, chairman Ye Jun again stressed that Xiaowen music teachers themselves should understand aesthetic education and understand aesthetic education. In early December, he set an example and held a lecture on Aesthetic Education in the form of public welfare in Chengdu, proposing that "aesthetic education is to cultivate children's aesthetic outlook and develop their ability to appreciate and create beauty".
